    Emmett Conway, Pipe-Major

    Emmett was asked to take on the role of pipe major after the 2018 season following several years experience as a grade 1 pipe major in New Zealand. Prior to that, he had a number of years in FMM. Emmett’s stable leadership has built a great young team at Shotts that produced a notable concert success in 2025 and started the 2026 season with a win at the British Championship.

    David Henderson, Lead-Drummer

    David Henderson returned to Shotts in 2025. He had previously won every major drumming championship possible with Shotts, including 15 RSPBA major drumming titles, 2 World Championships and 3 Champions of Champions titles. The 2026 season began with the British Championships drumming title.
